30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund.
We understand that supplements are personal. Every body responds differently, and sometimes a product simply isn't the right fit.

First-Time Product Purchases
Trying something new should feel low risk.
For first-time purchases of any Take Control Science product, our 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies even if the product has been opened and used.
Our team may ask a few questions about your experience so we can continue improving our products and helping future customers get the best results.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing products, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund as quickly as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
If your package appears lost or stolen, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or household members first.
If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund based on the terms of the protection provider.
If shipping protection was not purchased, we'll still do our best to help investigate the issue, but replacements and refunds cannot be guaranteed.
Returns for Unopened Products
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged shipment.
Subscription Orders
Subscriptions are designed to make consistency easier, not lock you into anything.
You can pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your customer portal.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Refunds generally do not apply to repeat subscription shipments, though exceptions may be made at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our mistake.
International Orders
At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.
If your international order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We'll review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.

To keep things fair for everyone, we reserve the right to limit or deny refunds, returns, replacements, or store credits in cases of excessive refund activity, abuse of the policy, or suspected fraud.
